Jason is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, USA Weightlifting Level 2 Sports Performance Coach, CPPS Level 2 Certified Specialist, and RPR Level 2 Specialist. His passions include training high school and college age athletes and Olympic Weightlifting, specifically the snatch because of the extreme technicalities required to perfect it! After EVERY workout he enjoys his chocolate Advocare post workout shake with almond milk and tons of Peanut Butter. "I love being a trainer because I get to help people reach their goals. Helping others gain confidence in themselves is one of the greatest things ever."
Scott is a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. He assists with our youth olympic weightlifters. His favorite lift is snatch because you have to have good technique and speed. His favorite post workout meal is REAL food with some good carbs. Scott enjoys coaching because of the challenging dynamic that it brings and he likes helping others reach their goals and progress in their lifts. "SHANKLE!"
Tish is an outdoor enthusiast and certified trainer. She is passionate about conditioning workouts that are competitive and push your limits. Wall balls and push ups of every kind are her favorite as well as squatting (even single leg) and cleans. Her perfect post workout meal is anything with eggs and meat. "I love being a trainer because I have never considered myself a leader....but when it comes to fitness and coaching, that part of me comes alive. Most often, I get more from those I train, than I give to them; their trust, confidence & respect. I love seeing people love and appreciate their bodies."
Kayla is USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance certified coach, Level 1 Precision Nutrition certified Nutrition Coach and an ACSM certified Personal Trainer. She dedicates her time to educating on the importance of athlete nutrition. Her favorite workouts include tire flips and her favorite lifts are power snatches and power cleans. Plant-based protein shakes with natural peanut butter and coconut milk are a must after every workout.
